Very disappointing experience. I clearly explained multiple times that I wanted a proper layered haircut and was okay with reducing some length. However, the stylist did not listen and kept almost the entire length, giving me only a few layers. The final haircut looks almost the same as before and did not give me the shape or layering I specifically asked for. I also felt that my preferences were repeatedly ignored during the haircut. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a properly executed layered haircut or a stylist who listens carefully to what you ask for.
