I have taken my bridal service from ruby sharma makeover and the work is excellent and full team is very nice and supportive
I am extremely disappointed with the makeup and overall service. The makeup artist did not arrive on time, which caused unnecessary stress. When she finally came, the makeup was done in barely 10 minutes, showing a complete lack of professionalism and effort. The makeup quality was very poor and did not match what was discussed. It looked rushed, uneven, and badly done. Moreover, my concerns and instructions were completely ignored despite me repeatedly trying to explain what I wanted. Overall, this was a very unsatisfactory experience in terms of punctuality, service, and makeup quality. I would not recommend this service and hope serious improvements are made. The makeup was not good at all it became caky and patchy after just.2 min we booked makeup from official ruby Sharma and she barely done makeup in just 10min we are very dissapointed with makeup.
