My experience with their team changed my perspective about makeup & hairstyle especially. Shout out to Miss Renuka and Miss anjali for my hairdo and makeup. Another client in the same room as mine had asked Renuka ji to do her hairstyle since she does it well and with a zeal you can easily observer in her demeanor. Honestly, I have very bad experience with ruby Sharma makeover. Makeup bilkul natural nahi laga, base patchy tha The makeup was completely unprofessional — the base cracked within minutes after reaching the venue, and my face looked patchy and dry. They didn’t even guide properly about basic things like when to apply lenses or prep the skin. No proper cleansing, toning, or moisturizing was done. A different girl (who clearly had no proper knowledge) was doing my makeup, while the main artist was busy elsewhere. They didn’t use a makeup fixer, the hairstyle was done carelessly, and when I raised my concern, they blamed my skin instead of accepting their mistake. That’s totally unprofessional. Please don’t waste your money and your special day here. Worst experience — absolutely not recommended. Thank you for your response, but please don’t justify poor work by blaming the client’s skin. Every professional makeup artist first prepares the skin properly — that includes correct moisturizing, primer, and setting spray. None of that was done in my case. My makeup started cracking within minutes, my eyeshadow was uneven, and there was no makeup fixer used. I have got makeup done before and never faced such issues. So please don’t shift the responsibility to the client’s skin. A good artist knows how to handle every skin type. Instead of giving excuses, please learn to accept feedback and improve your service. That’s what professionalism means.

4th visit from last month. Good services with more than good staff ( Nails done by - Poonam & Dolly ) But I didn't find Ruby's (Owner) behaviour with staff polite.. One of the staff members was doing my nails but she was continuously calling her for her reels shooting which was so embarrassing for me. She need to learn how to behave. Giving five stars for staff and their work only Services Nail designs
