A few months back i went here for thread work and i was satisfied i went there in the evening during rush hours….today i went there in the morning the salon was empty and a girl told some another girl to attend me…i gave her instruction what i want and how i want my eyebrows to look…i told her specifically that pls don’t make my eyebrows thinner I want fuller and thicker eyebrows so just pluck the extras… she didn’t react…. And just a few moments later she was done with one eyebrow….i had to yell at her bcos it looked like that side of my face was bald….. it looked so thin completely ruined my face….after hearing me yell people came running and telling me that it looked same thn some women name seema came and said mam ab kuch nhi ho skta ye finish ho gya…and i started crying… and i heard a voice telling every staff “sab jao yha se seema didi dekh legi”… i mean what kind of service they are providing? A girl can understand lack of skills if it’s about waxing or facial or something else but how could they completely distroy someone’s face and how could they let a non skilled trainee attend a customer…. They didn’t offer any compensation they didn’t made that girl apologise to me they made it seem like it’s no big deal….. just because i was alone and there were no any other customers at that time….this shows how professional they are….. i would never recommend anyone to go there and ruin a month or more and face comments and humiliation in public…worst place ever
