The rooms were good and comfortable. However, several amenities that were listed were either unavailable or missing during the stay. The food selection was quite limited, and the available items were overpriced. Not worth the price. Trip type Vacation Travel group Couple

My stay at SK Premium Park Hotel was extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. First of all, the location is not good at all. The surrounding area does not feel pleasant or suitable for a hotel that claims to be a premium property. The rooms are very old and poorly maintained. The floor tiles make loud noises whenever you walk. The washroom was in terrible condition — the toilet seat was leaking, and the washbasin tap was completely broken. The moment you turn it on, water spills all over the floor. Even the washbasin itself is loose and moves when you touch it. As soon as you step out of the lift, there is a very bad smell throughout the floor, which is extremely unpleasant. Cleanliness is also very poor. When I entered the room and went to wash, I noticed the brushes kept in the washroom looked dirty, old, and already used. The food was another big problem. The hotel kitchen seems to use very bad and smelly oil, and the food tasted unpleasant. This hotel is shown as 4-star on Goibibo, while on Google it shows 3-star, but honestly it does not deserve even one star. The cleanliness, maintenance, and quality are far below basic hotel standards. Because of the unhygienic conditions, I even fell sick during my stay. I would strongly advise people not to stay here. Extremely dangerous experience. We booked this venue for a kitty party, but the pool area was a nightmare. We found an alarming number of broken glass pieces scattered throughout the pool. Several members of our group sustained injuries due to their negligence. When we brought this to the restaurant manager's attention, the response was shockingly indifferent. They offered a basic medical kit, but the utter lack of concern for guest safety is unacceptable. Avoid this place if you value your health and safety. Service: 1

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff here is shockingly rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. They behave as if guests are a burden rather than customers. There is zero respect, zero courtesy, and absolutely no sense of hospitality. It’s honestly embarrassing that a hotel operates like this. No surprise people hesitate before booking such places — the staff alone is enough to ruin your entire stay. Avoid this hotel at all costs unless you’re okay being treated badly.
