Mr. Ravi and team has provided great service in my business meeting. Banquet was well maintained. Cleanliness was there
Ek dum Never come to this place the staff here is very rude.
Their hospitality is top notch… I found it better than any other hotel chains. Family oriented hotel I must say with decent prices. Me and my husband have enjoyed our weekend a lot there. Thanks SK Premium Trip type Vacation Travel group Couple Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Luxury, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value, High-tech
When we came they took almost an hour to just confirm id . Then when we got in our room the light were not working, the tv was not in condition to work , the room couldn't lock . Then when we booked the room they confirmed that the pool is valid then when we got there the pool was under maintenance. Then they took all of our money for just a normal room stay . Even the kettle was broken .The buffet quality was not good . Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Service: 2 Location: 2 Rooms No room maintenance Nearby activities No activity and not even the facilities of pool Noteworthy details Not worth the cost
A nice enough hotel. Facilities are dated and failing. What made it tolerable is the very helpful and polite staff. Pros - great staff, nice breakfast and reasonable priced meals. Cons - Door locks dodgy, shower blocked and Luke warm, kettle needed some encouraging to boil water. Definitely a 3 ⭐⭐⭐ and would be ⭐⭐⭐⭐ if they update and repaired the facilities. Thanks to excellent service. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 3
