Have been a regular here and each time I have visited this place, I have seen it go bad. The place is more suitable for wedding functions and stay of wedding guests, since no one is much bothered about other things, being busy with the wedding ceremonies. For the remaining guests, it is a nightmare. The breakfast buffet spread is good but the taste is terrible!! The hotel dining prices are of a 5 star hotel. Very very expensive for the kind of hotel, service and food they are providing. They refuse to provide cutlery if you order food online. They also refuse guests to visit the hotel. When questioned on this, they allowed and said we need ID cards. This is fair enough but at the very 1st instance refusing someone at 7pm in the evening is not acceptable. The toiletries were not placed properly, the dust bin in the washroom was broken. I just did not like my stay this time. Will not recommend nor visit this place again. Wish they improve on this. Stayed here during a family member wedding. Rooms are decent but you only have 1 worldwide socket where minimum of 2 is needed. Food is okay but I did get sick eating undercooked chicken which made myself very weak and bed ridden, luckly I made a quick recovery. If I were you, ill stay with the veg options but the choice is yours if you can resist. The one waiter which I regret not knowing his name was absolutley outstanding, never made an issue when I ask him for something. Want 9 cups of tea, he'll make sure it happens. Overall it was OK. Pathetic service of staff in mosaic restaurant. Went there for a party , dj announced that food is ready, after 30mins we went to have our food, after putting some gravy items in our plate i asked for some roti, which was not ready 😂. Then after 5 mins a waiter came with two half slices of tandoori roti. I picked both and i was about to walk to my table and suddenly that waiter took a slice from my plate and gave it to someone else by saying bhaiya abhi aur roti ane mein time lagega toh ye inhe de raha hu apko aur lake deta hu 😠 And i was i like k bhai maang le na plate mein se q utha raha hai meri....ye kaisi service hai? Roti announce mat karo agar prepration nahi hai toh. I hope i will not be going there ever again and even i will not recommend this place to anyone ever. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Found the infra and facility to be slightly old and outdated, the rooms allotted to us still have dust on the floor. The MAJOR PAIN was the room keys, which we were unable to get right on the first try. It took 4-5 tries minimum to get the door open. Service is very disappointing. We hv attended 4 functions. Waiters need to b more attentive. They usually stand in groups and indulge in gossiping. Rooms are very good and food is also ok. Good place for party and function. Rooftop swimming pool area is best for small party. Only waiters are not well trained & they didn't even know the name of the food what they are serving. But overall all good hotel. Location is also ok.
