It was a corporate event. Food was ok ok i only had starters so have no idea on main course. staff were ok the event was organised well

Worst experience... This facility is given a rating of 4 star and if I was the regulator I wouldn't give even 1 star. Really pathetic. In my first experience the first day it was a rainy day and the reception was leaking with rain water. And the staffs made me wait for more than 25 min and dint have the courtesy to ask me to get a seat. They have a refrigerator which doesn't work. Their restrooms are the worst I have ever seen. They have a pool on roof top which is filled with rat excretion. So pls guys. Find an other place instead of making this facility owner rich. And the gym was broken with whatever they had. It's a nice hotel at low budget. Location is good, no issues for parking, staff is good. Room service needs to be improved. Overall a very good hotel to stay. Rooms: 4 Service: 3 Location: 4

Booked for a room which was spacious & with bath tub as given earlier under superior category… but this time when booked same room instead of that provided small room without bathtub… pathetic management doesn't know how to speak…. The food was not good in taste and the service was very slow The snacks that was in menu was not served. Beer was taken from hotel and charges was not updated before serving and they have changed 7200 for 24 bottels. Travel group Friends Service: 1 Location: 5

Our experience was not so good, food was ok, service was also not so good, AC was there but only to show, not even half of the AC'S are in working condition, upto last moment we keep on requesting, but all in vain,as n when you entered, they just after you n keep on asking to deposit, because they very much know after the function nobody was going to pay, the settled amount, the staff is not so much confident, regarding their services Service: 3 Location: 4

Decent hotel for a gathering. Its above average but nothing unique . This is the first of the 3 hotels present adjacent to one another namely 1) golden tulip 2) SK premium park 3) the signature grand. This is located very near to hari nagar DDA sports complex which is a well known landmark. Also about 3 kms from jabalpur district centre

All was good like sweets and starter but main course was pathetic, Biryani Rice were tasting like gone, no taste in Biryani and other dishes, this happened last time also but our relatives again booked this don't know why, PLS LEARN TO COOK BETTER MAIN COURSE/DINNER IN BUFFET, IT WAS ONLY FORMALITY
