Comfortable and reasonable stay. Though it would have been better if they had a dropping facility for station / airport.. Rest it was great. Trip type Business
No a pleasant feeling, not at all feels welcomed... was asking for conference room , receptionist is not even bothered to show the way... and the food is too bad ... they should learn to handle customers instead of starting at them
1 Star is given because there is no option for 0 Star Rating for this hotel. The front dest executives Mr. Deepak, Mr. Arora and Mr. Kuldeep Negi are just keeping us on hold and gave us the rate of 10500/- for 3 rooms (3500/- per room per night) These 3 have been keeping us on hold and not responding as to where the amount is to be given for making the confirmation for the booking After 15days of keeping us on hold now they responded with “the amount per room per night is now 4500/- because we dont have availability” Just so that they could increase their Amount later they have been keeping us on hold. SUCH HOPELESS BEHAVIOR FROM THESE 3 STAFF I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVEN LOOK AT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN Trip type Vacation Service: 1
