Hotel location is very easy, hotel rooms are very good & reasonable price. Basement banquet is little bit small, only for limited gatherings, only awkward part of banquet is to come to upstairs for main course.

Went here for a wedding. The banquet halls are alright. The staff is usually clueless about anything you ask them. But the rooms are unexpectedly above average.

I pool area is wet I fell down and no one was there to attend. Resturant staff are not responsive. Reception people ask you much before your checkout time on when are you leaving etc. ? Not recommended Trip type Business Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 3

Having good location, stuffs are very efficient and friendly, rooms are clean. "Terrible Experience at SK Premium Park Hotel!"Review:Showed us 3 rooms, all in bad condition, before we reluctantly settled on one 😞.Told by staff that we just had to "adjust" to the situation 😡.Food was bland, stale, and overpriced 🍽️.The AC didn’t work, leaving the room hot and suffocating 🥵.Bathroom was a disaster—clogged with water and had a terrible smell 🚿.Towels and linens were dirty and stained 😷.Unfriendly and unresponsive staff who didn’t care about complaints 😡.Noise from outside and neighboring rooms made it impossible to sleep 🛑.The room had a musty smell, and the furniture was old and worn out 🪑.Poor value for money—definitely not worth the price 💸. Does not appear to be a 4 star hotel, but 2 star. Online booking said breakfast is complementary,but once reached, everything was paid. I guess they wanted to exploit the NRI guest. Hygiene was bad.
