Krishna Furniture - Sector 14, Gurugram

Nobody was there to guide. The quality of drawer channels was horrible, the joints of bed were rusting badly and on top of that furniture of 50k is priced at 1 lakh with the quality of 30k.

Product quality is good & all staff is very very knowledgeable & helpful.service is good.

Worst furniture procurement of my life which I would like to share for the benefits of all customers. I bought a dining table from this so called renowned showroom which had defective stone top but concealed smartly by some adhesive work and cunning salesman skills. It was told to me that cracked lines are grains in stone. Believing them, unfortunately I bought this defective dining table. Within a year, the concealed cracks got wide open and visible prominently. When I raised the complaint, they sent a team of two unprofessional & rowdy technician who came with spoon fed reply & without looking at the dining table, given their verdict that no defect found by them. I again called manager and shared my concern and requested him to replace the defective stone table top. He said if piece was defective I should not have bought it. My rebuttal to him was that how can a renowned brand of your’s can keep a defective item for sale in showroom and more so his sales team misguided us by highlighting light cracks as grains in stone. Misleading information for selling the product and selling a defective piece as new one is atrocious & highly unprofessional. I have to battle it out by following other options available for consumer grievance but meanwhile I shared it so that few more can be saved from falling in misleading information trap.

As for Krishna Furniture, it’s one of the best places in Gurgaon to buy quality furniture. They offer a wide range of stylish, durable, and reasonably priced items that cater to different tastes and budgets. The showroom is well-organized, and the staff is cooperative and attentive. I’m very happy with my purchases and would highly recommend Krishna Furniture to anyone looking for reliable and premium home furniture. I had a wonderful experience shopping at Krishna Furniture in Gurgaon over the past two months, and a big part of that was thanks to their salesman, Abhishek Chaubey. He was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable throughout the entire buying process. Abhishek patiently guided me through various options, offered valuable suggestions based on my needs, and ensured timely follow-ups and smooth delivery. His professionalism and friendly attitude made furniture shopping a truly pleasant experience.
