ONE OF THE WORST STATIONARY SHOPS I’VE EVER CAME ACROSS OF, Owner is highly ignorant. Don’t buy & waste your money.

They have got good collection of products but that is it. The behaviour with The customer is rude and disregarding. The owner just sits at the end and passes the order to the shop workers who are absolutely ill mannered. I was browsing through a notepad and guy screamed, don’t scroll too many pages. I was looking through their collection and they were pestering me repeatedly asking what do I want. If a business cannot learn how to value their customers and understand the different needs of theirs, then in my opinion, these businesses would be doomed sooner than later. If owner is reading this, I wish him all the best, you are one customer less today.

Rude staff. It feels like they are working there against their will!

Extremely rude and impatient staff. The salesperson yelled at me just because I was checking out the pens. Throughout he acted as if I was going to steal their products and didn't even let me hold the items until I had paid for them.

Based on the below mentioned reviews, I am dropping the idea of visiting this place. This is the real power of google reviews. Business loss will happen if customers are unhappy.

They have option for UPI payments but their account has a problem hence they don't agree that the amount is transferred and behave arrogantly, physical and rude. The owner is rude, arrogant and disrespectful.

Staff and incharge are not fit for this job and they are pathetic in customer service, so much rude and arrogance. They are thinking that they are rulling entire CP not their useless shop. Worst experience ! Never ever recommendable.

Worst experience from this shop. The staff is extremely rude. Their products are of really bad quality. I got brush pens which they did not allow me to open and check, it already looked old. When i got back home and opened the pack, half of the pens are not working. Waste of money. They dont give you any bills. They are looting money. DONT VISIT THIS STORE EVER.

I don't know what's with the owner and the people working, they are just so rude for a stationary shop to be.. I went inside with such a smiling face and was disappointed with how rude the tone was of everyone there. I did buy a lot of stuff because I like stationery but if I was to not like it then I would have just left ! I had asked if I could check the colour of the pen because the cap of the colour and ink inside are not of the same world, to which the person was so disregarding and said if I wanna buy or not.. I was like uncle ji I've already bought so many things.. anyways please someone hug these guys especially the owner...who hurt you sir !

Worst experience with the owner here! They sell old stuff and would not even process refund or an exchange for defective items. They certainly are not looking for a regular customer base with their rude behaviour and lack of credibility. Not customer-friendly at all. Roadside vendors sell better stuff and behave better than the owner and the satff at this shop. Do check the manufacturing date while buying pens and refills from them, if you have to. Don't even deserve 1 star. Not recommended!!
