Never purchase from them — they are completely misleading. The salesperson, Manav, initially overcharged me for a lower-priced item and later delivered a poor-quality product at a higher cost. They refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. I had ordered flasks, but they sent the wrong product, and despite several discussions, the salesperson did not acknowledge the error. The entire delivery process was full of hassle, and their staff was extremely uncooperative.
