Best shop for electronics I ordered a cooler for my room last month. Working perfectly. Good service Highly recommended

Cheap quality. Overpriced product. Worst service. Worst quality I bought a cooler from this shop, and it stopped working within just one day. The owner said that a wire might have come loose during transportation. I accepted that explanation and even paid from my own pocket to get it repaired. Then, after just 10 days, the fan broke with a loud blast. When I complained, the owner said, Madam first you buy cheap products and then come back with complaints.4500 is not a cheap price. In fact, I bought the same type of cooler from another shop for 3000 and it lasted two full seasons without a single issue. So, Mr. Owner please learn to take responsibility for the products you sell instead of blaming customers and making them feel at fault. The problem was never that the product was cheap it was that the quality was poor.And by the way my cooler stopped working again within a month. The fan broke once more. Both the father and son are arrogant and unwilling to take accountability.

Very bad shop. They sell very low quality product. I bought a cooler from them just before 15 days.One the very next day its motor stopped working and now just after 15 days its again not working. First of all, most of us students come from decent backgrounds. Choosing a budget option does not mean we are incapable of affording branded products. It simply means we do not believe in wasting money unnecessarily when a supposedly functional alternative is being recommended by the seller himself. Before purchasing, I repeatedly asked your staff whether this local company cooler was genuinely good and what kind of feedback or complaints you had received regarding it. At that time, we were very conveniently assured that the cooler worked perfectly fine and that there had been “no complaints” from customers. Based on those assurances, we decided to go ahead with the budget option. If the truth had been told honestly at that point — that the product quality was extremely poor and that it might not even function properly for a month — we would never have purchased it in the first place. There is a major difference between expecting a branded cooler to last for years and expecting a ₹4000 cooler to at least function properly for more than a few weeks. When branded coolers cost around ₹5000–5500, it is completely reasonable to expect that a ₹4000 cooler should at least work decently for a basic period of time. I do not understand why customers are being made to feel unreasonable for expecting even one month of proper functioning from a product you sold after confidently recommending it. Instead of blaming customers or mocking students for choosing a budget product, perhaps you should focus on being transparent about the quality of the products you sell.
