I had a very disappointing experience with your customer care. I called on Monday to register an urgent complaint, and I was assured that a technician would visit by Thursday. When I followed up on Thursday morning, I was told they would come in the evening. However, when I called again in the afternoon, I was informed that no one would be coming. The worst part is the rude behavior of your customer care representatives. They have no explanation, no solution, and no accountability. This is not a one-time issue—it happens every time. There is no timely resolution, and complaints remain pending for weeks or even months. No one provides alternative contact numbers or even an email ID for escalation. Highly disappointed with the service. Would not recommend it at all!

I’m quite disappointed with the quality of the LifePlus Chimney. Since installation, it has been constantly dripping oil, and the waste is not getting collected in the designated oil collector panel. This has led to a constant mess and inconvenience in the kitchen. Despite having a properly stamped warranty card from the dealer, I have not received any support from the company so far. The lack of after-sales service is extremely frustrating. I would strongly urge anyone considering a chimney from this company to carefully read through customer reviews and service feedback before making a purchase. Please make an informed decision. If anyone else is facing a similar issue, I encourage you to highlight your experience here. It’s important for others to be aware and for the company to take customer concerns seriously.

one year one month old life plus chimney top glass automatically bust ... when chimney was not in use from last 6 hr. appx. Be careful while purchasing ..... when we call company got a worst response... they have not ask for anything just reply its a glass its paid....
