Harish was very professional and confirmed about every bit if the repair of the fridge. The refrigerator had a problem with the compressor and he brought a new compressor with him even during the lockdown. He was sanitizing himself quite iften, had shoe covers and gloves while he was working. I would definitely recommend him and would again call for his service. I went by the existing reviews on Google, trusting those in calling upon Mr Harish. He proved true the reviews as well as the five traits above in his dealing. He was honest in correctly detecting the problem in my Videocon 618lt fridge, admitting what he can do and which fault would remain unattended but enabling the fridge to function. His charges were amazingly so pocket friendly and he was so professional that he travelled 59 kms up and down to complete the repair as I had to shift from Delhi to Ghaziabad outer during the period. I forced him to accept higher remuneration for the truthful and honest traits he displayed. Yesterday I called Harish and told the problem about washing machine so he told me that he will come on 09.12.2020 by 10 AM. He was at my premises on dot. He examined my washing machine and told that scaling will have to be done. I told me that on the back side it's full of dirt due to which dirt particles/pieces are coming out during washing. He opened the machine and said he will come later and bring one more person. I am really very happy that he did the work with great perfection. Charged me reasonable. Earlier I had called technician from samsung service centre who was pathetic and didn't know the work and was telling huge amount for repair which I refused to him Called another technician from some other repair centre and he was also charging me huge amount for repair and to him also I refused. After searching on net I came across Harish and saw good rating. Read the reviews just to check as sometime fake reviews to give high ratings. But in Harish case really reviews are genuine and he is really nice person and knows his job very well. I recommend everyone to use his services without second thought. Keep it up Harish.
