A good place for All Sony Products and polite and kind behaviour of Staff (Pinky). Reasonable prices place for genuine Sony products.
Firstly there is no express delivery as they claimed I booked the bluestar 5star window ac on 2 May but got the delivery on 7 May and also the ac that I received was not cooling from day one and they said I have to contact to the Blue star they won’t replace they will just make it deliver for u it’s on ur luck it will work or not if I want they can make it repair and started telling me the difference between guarantee and warranty they failed to fulfill the responsibility of a dealer and wasted my time and I had a lot of struggle to make it replace from bluestar without their help which is really not acceptable so it’s better u visit there check the product and buy but I won’t recommend u to buy online from their website
Hi Namaste Sir I Purchase godrej 1.5 ton Ac on 15/06/2026. Nice Purchase with affordable Price. But, There's no wire with out door unit. Wire is missing.
Today, I made a purchase at the Sony Store, and I was assisted by Pinky Verma Ji. She treated me very well, provided excellent customer service, and ensured that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. She also offered me a very good deal and explained everything clearly. I truly appreciate her support and professionalism. Thank you for such a wonderful shopping experience.
