Great collection and very satisfactory after sales service. I had purchased an iron and the piece was faulty and the owner gave me a new piece for free, until the company exchanged the product and that too without any charge. Such service beats amazon and other online portal any day.
They are the biggest thieves in Delhi. Will never visit this shop again because they overcharge on almost all their items. They put their own prices on items and remove the original MRP. Beware of these cheats. I will take this matter to a consumer forum, this is unacceptable.
I was a regular customer until we moved out of Delhi. The products are top-notch, both domestic and international. The owner was extremely professional and it was a pleasure to deal with him. My Siemens dishwasher bought 17 years ago is running like new. Never had to call for a mechanic. As is the food processor bought 2 decades ago.
Great personal experience! I wanted to buy a cold pressed juicer and I was confused about it as it's quite expensive from a normal juicer. The sales people bought a few fruits from the market and gave me a proper demo until I was fully satisfied. Even though the prices were 15% higher than what's available online, I still decided to buy from this shop after 2-3 days. They even gave a second demo to my son who wanted to understand it. I'm very happy with my decision as such personal sales cannot be available online.
Very nice collection at reasonable prices.. all the products are of so much better quality.. the shipowner is so much accommodative, polite, transparent and reasonable..
We have bought a lot of stuff during last one year, entrusting the shopkeeper with the bill. Today, we after returning home, we cross verified the total amount for all the products that we bought and were shocked to know that we were being charged more than the market price for all branded products. When we confronted the owner on call, he gave different excuses which didn't addon. Guys, do not trust the owner or fall for his sweet talks, it's a way to dig money from your pocket......
