I gave my 900 watts Sujata Mixer for repair and specifically asked for estimate cost before carrying out any repairs. Next day, I called multiple times on the given number, he asked me to call at the shop number but, instead of giving me the shop number he asked me to whatsapp 'Hi' to him. I did but he still did not send me the number. After repeated calls, he just sent the message "repair ho gayi, le jaao" (it is repaired, collect it). When I went to collect my mixer, it was not even touched. Instead, they messed up the entire internals and the staff at the shop misbehaved with me. Old owners have long gone, new ones are just coasting on their goodwill. ABSOLUTE FRAUDS!!

I wanted to buy a Hamilton Beach Juicer & Grinder for a long time, but surprisingly it wasn’t easy to find. I first ordered it from Amazon and ended up receiving the wrong item. After all that hassle, I finally decided to buy offline. That’s when I came across this store & honestly, the experience was unexpectedly smooth. The person who answered the call was polite, knowledgeable, and actually knew the brand well. He confirmed the availability, called me back promptly, and even arranged delivery right to my doorstep. I never had to visit the store once. What stood out the most was that he always answered calls and never kept me hanging like many other shop owners do. Really glad I found them. From now on, I’d rather buy my appliances from here than struggle with online orders and customer care issues. Highly recommended. PS: You do have to pay for the Porter delivery (obviously), but the good part is that they arrange it for you instead of asking you to figure everything out yourself.
