Prem Video

Visited this outlet to get my friend’s Nikon D3300 repaired, based on some online research. Directions: The shop is visible from the main market, but you'll have to take a small stairway between the shops to reach the 2nd floor. Locals would guide you. Service: The process was simple. He diagnosed the issues firsthand (blurred viewfinder, flash, and lens distraction) and then sent the camera to another shop (probably tie-up or owned) for repair, as they specialize in video devices only. I received the camera back in 1.5 hours, fully fixed. Although there was some uncertainty about the 3-month warranty (that he mentioned initially), I’m satisfied with the repairs and charges as of now. The owner was adamant about me writing a 5-star Google review while the camera was still being repaired. He insisted multiple times, which made me suspicious & bit uncomfortable, but overall, the service was solid. Recommendation: Good and affordable services. Given my experience, I hope the other positive reviews reflect genuine satisfaction and not just quick feedback. Tip: Bring cash as they don’t accept online payments.

I have had a Sony DCR-DVD708E Handycam for a very long time. It had become non-functional after remaining unused for over 19 years. A few days ago, I had an urge to check it, so I took it out and found that it was not working. Somehow, I came to know about a camera repair shop, Prem Video, situated in Chandni Chowk. The owner's name is Mr. Prem Mishra. His personality is truly a reflection of his name. He is a very nice man. Soon, I will visit his shop. Only after that will I write a detailed review.

I have an old Panasonic handycam which gives best quality videos and had some issues with the touch screen. I had lost all hope of getting it repaired due to very old model. After searching from Google I went to Prem Video Repair Shop in Chandni Chowk. After checking the camera the technician gave some hope of making it functional again. They immediately started working on it whereas other shops normally advise customers to leave the camera and they will call after checking it. Finally, after waiting for around 90 minutes I got it repaired and it is working very nice. The repair was like open heart surgery of the camera. When you loose all hope please visit the camera shop to check your cameras for repair. They also do serving of cameras and lens. They are very polite and friendly and their repair cost is also reasonable.

I came here, for the servicing of my DSLR camera and zoom lense. Excellent service.... Prem ji is quite a skilled and experienced person. My work has been completed perfectly in time. And meanwhile I spent a wonderful time talking with Prem ji regarding his experiences.

Excellent service. Quick and good work. Satisfied with behaviour. I'll recommend this shop for camera repair. Different from the plethora of shops on the ground floor. Please visit this before going to other repair centres.

Absolutely brilliant guy! He works with cameras as if they’re toys in his hands. Very knowledgeable, skilled, and, above all, humble and honest. We had an issue with our Press TV Iran camera, and most of the people in Chandni Chowk refused to even take up the job. Mr. Prem, however, took it without hesitation and fixed the problem perfectly. The work was beyond our expectations. Highly recommended if you’re looking for someone who truly knows cameras and takes his work seriously.
