Had an Error 20 on my 6DMII, visited Prem Sirs Store at Chandni Chowk and the Issue was resolved quickly, additionally sir was also able to notice and clean the small fungal spots which I had missed out noticing. ( That's what we call an expert eye) I had visited all the way from Haryana and am in awe by sirs professionalism and nature. Thank for fixing my camera.

I was in Prayagraj shooting for a documentary on Mahakumbh, when suddenly my camera's display went very dark and I couldn't see anything on it... So, I had to rush to Prem Video, Chandni Chowk, from Prayagraj in the night itself on an emergency basis... But my train got so delayed that I thought I wouldn't be able to reach on time... But it was so humble of Prem Bhai, for waiting for me, till I reached his shop in Delhi late in the evening... He waited for me, for about 45 mins overtime and repaired my camera within half an hour... He saved my day, and I could return back to Prayagraj as soon as possible to resume my documentary shoot... My impression is, that he is a very down to earth guy and has a great humility in him... Also, the money he took from me for the repair was also very reasonable...
