Got my DSLR serviced here and found Mr. Prem extremely professional and reasonable. An accomplished photo journalist as well, which can be understood from various certificates around his shop. Expert camera repair!

One of the finest artist in terms of repair in service industries of India who take care of all types of video camera issues. I noticed Mr. Prem and attitudes towards the video camera service since long who achieved many awards from arround the Globe. In one word, he is unparallel. May God shower his blessings always.

You have any issue with your Handycam or Camcorder- LOOK NO FURTHER. Prem is a genius in handling any issues. My Sony Handycam - shown to many - even authorised Sony Service Centre - got “ Sorry” . But this gentleman has fixed it. I am soooo Happy. God bless this guy

I came from Faridabad and someone told me that Prem video is the best place to get the lens repair done, Just got insta lens buffed when others just avoid doing aby work on it.

Iam form dehradun uttrakhand and prem video service is very good and fairly work , service work is good so dear friend come in this place if your vedio still camera not working thank you

Mai bulandshahr UP se apna Canon D90 camera thik karwane aaya tha , kyonki Mera camera rath yatra cover karte time Pani ke tank me gir gya tha aur 10 minute tak duba raha , Maine bina kuch soche samjhe turant camera ke Doctor Prem mishra ji ke pas pahucha aur unhone turant 1 ghanta ke andar Mera Kam kar diya. Uncle ji ko bahut sare awards bhi mile hue hai, shayad hi koi media person hoga jo mishra ji se Kam na karwaya ho. Uncle ji 45 sal se kam kar rhe hai is field me. Ek bar aap ayenge to shayad hi apko nirash hokar Jana pade.

Their nature and work is very good, Prem Video is the best for all types of camera repair.

They actually don't fix dslrs and mirrorless themselves but give it to someone in another shop and try to show as if their boys are fixing it. Not accepting customer's request to show them repair in front of them is a clear tactic so that they do not go to the person who is fixing and camera and get it done themself for cheap. 2000 bucks for just opening the camera and pulling back the audio jack with no parts replaced in the process in quite expensive. On top of that, they only want cash for obvious tax savings. Kindly check in 3-4 shops for your camera repair, take a quote, and then go for repair. Don't just blindly come to this shop as otherwise he will keep his cut in the repair and you will end up paying alot of extra money.
