He will not give you heavy discounts, but what you get there is authentic and complete. He is the living encyclopedia of the photography industry and its evolution in India. Madanjee and Co. will not hardsell and promise you the moon. Some buyers amy find it a bit offensive that he does not bargain much, but then at least you are sure that what you get is authentic.

Was a big turn off interacting at this place, Not at all a welcoming place to be in, the store guys have least knowledge about their products (don't expect any clarity from them) over that I was quoted prices even higher than dedicated canon flagship stores like image square.

I needed some accessories for my GoPro Hero 8. I browsed most of the shops at Chandni Chowk & called a few shops at Palika Bazaar too. None of them was able to cater my needs. My search finally ended here. I found all the things I was looking for that too in reasonable price. Plus they gave me some valuable suggestions too. I recommend this store if you're using GoPro & want to buy gears at reasonable price. The only thing that upset me was they don't accept any other mode of payment than cash for small purchases. They told me that they accept payments via cards if someone buys things of big amounts.

Honestly at my first visit, I felt very RUDE behaviour from this elderly person at the counter. I promised myself not to take a visit again. But later after exploring the market, i found him giving me the right prices. Probably he doesn't know customer service, not his fault, but yes, he was right about the prices. I literally wasted a week's time exploring prices everywhere and ended up back to him. He has this attitude probably because of his vast knowledge. But that's ok. He should be respected for his age and knowledge. Thank you sir.
