We have purchased stone from stonex amd that was defected. We have made a complaint to them so many times but they have not send any person on site to check the issue.... later on they stopped to pick up the call.. we had a very bad experience with them
Our experience with them had been worst. They do not cater to complaints once the material is sold. We purchased marble for our home and it was cracked. They ignored our complaints as if they never sold it to us. Management and staff both don’t care about client issues. Highly non recommended.
