The price of the stone is very expensive here. If you want to buy very costly italian stones then it may be a good choice for you but otherwise go to local dealers whose stones are much cheaper. They provide warranty on stones and have standard rated which are the only positive features of the brand due to which I visited their store.

As a satisfied customer, I always recommend Stonex to intended people. Collection and quality of marble is quite impressive. Had an interaction with Neeti there. Staff is highly professional and helpful.

The reality is that, they do have a good collection of stones, specially Italian, and there are guys over the display centre to explain everything .But the thing is that be very careful with them while measuring as well as make sure the stone is not curved. And when you finalize they will be so lazy until you blast them, because normally a cardiac CABG surgery takes only min 4hrs aprox. But this staff over there doesn't have any coordination and also they take more than 7hrs to load 3pcs of marbles your vehicle. Very bad service...

Fabulous experience visiting stonex india! Was looking for a marble for my house visited lot of vendors in india! Finally a friend recommended me this brand stonex I was amazed seeing the tecnology which they are using for the processing of the marble Srs this was something I have never heard about since I was running pillar to pole to search for a marble for my house! sales manager Abhinandan was having a very deep knowledge of the marble & was very patient and had answered all my queries and doudts I was having in my mind. Worst place to buy from, no coordination in the staff, they dispatch cracked pieces with fake customer signatures. Would never recommend it to anybody. Total waste of money. Mr. Anil is absolutely useless and should be removed from the company immediately.

Display & variety at their store is good but miserably fail in providing a happy buying experience. Ours was a torturous one. Since, we had to deal with uncultured, rowdy & untrained staff members (Mr. Sunil & Rajesh/Rakesh) at their warehouse. Where they send you to make selection of a desired stone slab from block having multiple similar stone slabs, fitting your requirement. We were made to wait for 2 hrs before we got glimpse of the block containing our selected stone. On top of it, we had to experience intolerable misbehavior from their warehouse manager (Sunil) who had strong will of not working & started to abuse us for making his men work to show us 3-4 stone slab from the lot of 25+ pcs, for us to make a selection. Dirts like these take away the happy side of customers, who are ready to pay a bomb just get a decent service & product quality.

Excellent collection of quality marble . Consistent quality and size . It is value for money . Very courteous and knowledgeable staff especially Munish and Abhinandan. Will definitely buy again from Stonex for my future projects .
