Horrific incident, and blatant lies with cover ups!!! My Refered me to Aman (sales) at Dee Pearl's. We bought stone from them for our Gurgaon, Golf Course Road apartment, Owners son, showed us and sold the same. He travelled soon after before delievery.. Our contractors supervisor signed the slabs on a particular stone from 1 to 16 stones after due checking at site. When stone arrived center cut which we asked for, we were told one slab has been changed as got damaged but rest 15 pcs are same as we signed. Surprisingly lot of stones were cracked and broke after application very badly, the labor and polish person said there could be quality issue in stone as well. The shade difference in stones loudly speaks that it because the two lots that have been mixed. We decieded to replace and buy more stone to change badly damaged stone after new installation... Surprisingly when my contractor went back to dee pearls the whole lot seemed to be there minus few pcs gone to us... And 6 of our 16 signed slabs still there. We got again two from them and 4 are still there, when contacted one mr. Aman in sales blatantly said that we found the stones are not good so we changed the lot and sent another one... If those 6 were bad why we were given two again from them, and what about one pc broken which Aman said is broken thus being replaced.. Numbers don't add up, stories don't match. I seeked many clarities citing fraud but he had many more excuses. I think they are trying to get rid of their bad lot within this part by part, in my case I was unlucky with 30% wrong stone given to me fraudently.. I am not sure if prateek kothari knows this, but aman surely knows this and is to be blamed. Be careful guys. Pls contact me for pictures and proofs of this incident. Pls also get loaded your stones you paid for in front of you only. This is current incident from Oct to Dec 2022... Chor bazar kind of incident. Surly the cheater will suffer. Photo of my signed stones still at shop godown.

I bought the marble for my home and the quality of marble is very good and my experience is very nice, I recommend you to shop marble from here for your good experience and the good quality of the marbles.

What a delightful experience. Great staff and a very wide variety of marbles to choose from, the quality is amazing too. Definitely recommend it.

In this company, Jitender (salesman) don't know how to talk to a customer and he don't have any knowledge of any stones. I was there to buy 10,000 foot maal and because of this salesman I considered buying from a shop nearby called Charbuja marbles. He considered himself as the owner of the company. This company really needs to work on there sales department.

Really wonderful experience. Brought my clients along for the selection of flooring marbles. Quite an exclusive range with premium quality stone.

Our interior designer introduced us to Dee Pearls, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The quality of materials was exceptional, and the final result transformed our space beautifully. We had the pleasure of working with Akhil Ji, who guided us through every detail—explaining the sourcing, usage, and maintenance of the materials. The entire process was hassle-free and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Quality & Service! The team was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the selection process and ensuring I found the perfect stone for my home. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire process super smooth.
