Shreya from this store is really hardworking and helpful. After sales service provided by her is also good.
High cost. Very rude behaviour once buy a material
Good and friendly staff and a very welcoming environment
Very bad experience with stonex india...they r making fool out of people...not at all professionally well behaved staff...won't mention the name of the person who attended us...there worst part is they will tell u the rates on the highest side first and then will come down to lower side gradually... Thats y people get confused. Naam bade aur darshan chote!!
It was very good experience overall. Fully satisfied with the response . Varun attended us very well and fully explained everything.
Great experience. Special thanks to Anil Ji for understanding our requirements and showing us the best in our budget.
Very happy with the service. All things promised were delivered. And more. Staff understands the material. Highly recommended.
Very good and knowledgeable staff Overall very good experience
Very good place for all range of Italian Marble. Must visit if you require any sort of marble. Very genuine and authentic process of transforming blocks into slabs. Highly techno savvy manufacturing unit.
Despite it having one of the best collections of all types of imported marbles in delhi, the delivery service is the slowest and the poorest i have ever seen! Full payment was made at the time of selection of slabs and yet delivery time was 5 days. I enquired on the scheduled delivery day about my marble, and i was told that appropriate lorry wasn’t available. And then i was told that i’d have to pay more for transportation since a bigger truck would be arranged by them the next day. I mean being a big marble retailer, even an appropriate sized truck couldn’t be calculated and organised in time by them. I had bought marble from one of their competitors earlier and didn’t face a single issue! Everything was just smooth and perfect! These people are running such a big company but with a failed customer service post sales! Highly disappointed!
