Purchase the MARBLE from anywhere, but do not purchase from stonex I purchase more almost 10,000 ft.² of Marbl, but I am not satisfied if zero Star is possible. I will give him that.
It was nice meeting with Anil ji, he brief us really well......and we really liked the stuff.....
I recently purchased marble from stonex mayapuri delhi showroom, after being assured by their sales representative that after-sales service was their top priority. Their pre-sale hospitality was impressive, making me feel confident in my purchase. However, that was just a sales tactic. Once the sale was completed, they didn’t even bother to check in or respond to my follow-ups regarding installation and maintenance. Despite multiple attempts to reach them, I received no assistance at all. It’s disappointing to see a company make big promises just to close a sale, only to abandon customers afterward. If you value after-sales support, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company is only interested in making a sale, not in keeping their customers satisfied.

I have been visiting the showroom for past 3 years now, amazing experience and a wonderful staff. Even after 3 years, every visit feels like the first one.
Great quality stones and a wide variety to choose from. The staff was knowledgeable and helped me pick exactly what I needed. Highly recommended.
