Sahi Marble Traders | Best Store For Tiles , Sanitary And Vanity

Fraud people, do not answer calls when you'll call them, disconnect call without even listening to the customer. Take the complete payment in advance and still don't deliver product even in a month. When you'll ask them to refund your money, they tell you to contact the transport wala guy. Not trustworthy. The rating which they have got over google is because they ask for your phone and write review according to their will. Do not buy anything from them

I received a faulty order ( all tiles were wrong , bad quality and many broken) then sahi marbles owner ( rajesh sahi) took 1 month to deliver correct order. Then again tiles arrived damaged they don’t want to take any responsibility even they don’t received your calls he also refuse to pay money back. The quality is poor and customer service is worst and aggressive. Avoid like the plague or you will be stuck with poor tiles and no recourse Sahi marbles owner is big fraud and so rude it’s unbelievable.

Very slow delivery and replies. Order 2 sinks and did not get one. Wasted time and labor cost while getting the sinks. Rather good to buy on amazon little more cost but professional with proper warranty and delivery on time.

Think a hundred times before paying an advance to Mr. Rajesh Sahi of Sahi Marble Traders (A19 & A20). He took my advance for material that was unavailable and then unjustifiably deducted ₹600 from my refund. Such conduct is absolutely shameful and unacceptable. This is not about ₹600; it is about dishonesty and disrespect for a customer’s hard-earned money. May his business and Mr Rajesh Sahi suffer losses in every sphere of life far greater than the petty amount deducted from customers, until it learns the value of honesty and fair dealing. May every customer it treats unfairly become a lesson it never forgets, and may the loss of trust cost him and his business dearly. May Mr. Rajesh Sahi deeply regret unnecessary ₹600 deduction and carry the consequences of this decision throughout his life. My strongest advice: stay away from Sahi Marble Traders especially Mr. Rajesh Sahi . No customer deserves to go through this experience.

Sahi Marble Traders, under the guidance of Mr. Kashish, provided excellent customer service and high-quality marble basins. We are thrilled with our new bathroom fixtures.

Purchased a sink from Sahi Marble with a promised 10-year warranty. Charged double the quoted price, and now the seller ignores my calls and messages. I've been blocked on Instagram and WhatsApp. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and failure to honor the warranty. Avoid this place. This version reflects the 10-year warranty promise.
