I recently purchased an item from this timber shop and was disappointed with the quality, which was clearly inferior. When I pointed this out during inspection, instead of addressing the concern professionally, the owner responded rudely. Poor product quality combined with bad customer behavior makes this place difficult to recommend.
“I recently purchased plywood and decorative laminates from Delhi Timber & Plywood Co., and I must say the quality is excellent. The team guided me with the best options for my modular kitchen and wardrobe, and the finishing is just perfect. Their wide range of products, fair pricing, and professional service truly stand out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for premium timber, plywood, and modern interiors!”
One of the worst experience ever. After getting our bathroom vanity installed, it came out within a week. Then, the struggle to get it fixed was altogether a different experience! Finally it got fixed for the second time. It lasted for a month. Then when it came off again, they didn't answer my calls and kept me hanging for over a month! Then finally I was told that it will be chargeable to get it fixed. Mind you, this is for something they guaranteed that it will last for at least 5 years! Whatta joke!!
