Vishal Paint & Hardwares | Ozone Dealer

You will get almost every thing related to Hardware and Paints. They are the experts of building hardware, paint and accessories

Rates are high as compared to other shops. Staff is inexperienced and is not at all cooperative.

Variety , quality and right cost. Owner is very honest. Excellent.

Worst shop for ever plz I beg don't plz don't purchase I purchase someone he given me worst product

Rates are too high and the owner of the shop is very rude will never recommend anyone to go to this shop anytime .... very rude owner specially the (old man )

I bought 4 inch nail qty - 4 piece for 20 rs from Vishal Paint n Hardware. Same i bought 300 grams of 4 inch from different hardware store for 25 rs...too much rate difference...

This used to be one of the best hardware stores in the area. This shop still has everything you can possibly need in terms of hardware. Edit - They have taken feedback and improved customer experience. You can still get branded tools at the right price and they're durable. Even unbranded tools I bought like angle grinder never created a problem. But small things like wrenches can be cheap quality that break and small nuts I bought were not threaded properly. I hope they improve more and stop selling small sub standard products all together.

I had always seen this shop from distance and admired it for its sheer size, but also wondered why there weren't any customers visiting it. I found that out myself today through a bitter experience. It's because the owners are arrogant and think that customers owe them money, while they are out there simply fleecing people, fobbing cheap and inferior products. Not only the markup price of all the products is exceptionally high, but the sheer quality is much inferior for the price that you end up paying. I Bought a spray pump which broke after single use...The smug, filled-of-himself owner instead of replacing kept giving lame excuses - "Chinese origin of the product" as reason for product failure etc. People who visited before me had grown wiser through dealing with the owner and would have known about the duplicitous nature of the shop owner, and perhaps that's the reason for almost no footfall at this shop. I am wiser now.

I wish i could give 0 star. Shop owner is so rude and does not compromise on anything. Business are done to give comfort and convenience to customer. I went to buy a small thing but i was not carrying cash with me and the shop owner said "we don't take online payment less than 200". I asked and told him that i forgot the cash and all. To which he replied "kuch or samaan le lo, itna kch hai ghr ka yahan pr". Zbrdsti thodi hai bhai. Pura desh online payment le rha hai. Aapse kuch alag nai maang rha tha. I was in a hurry and did not carry cash with me and this is the solution I got from the owner. And this is not the first time i have experienced this kind of behaviour, they are always rude but i am writing this for the first time.

Not a good experience, he is quite arrogant, unresponsive and has got that money attitude problem.
