Good variety
Nice variety of Hardware displayed for Modular kitchens & wardrobe, Toilets & bathroom fittings.
Very polite behaviour and good availability of products.
No one attended while my mother and I was trying to choose handles for our new kitchen and refered us towards rate tags which were too high..... TOO HIGH
Fantastic collection of Locks , door handles , bathroom accessories and Sanitory ware with great post Sales Service. Owner Rohit vijay is a true Gentleman .
Pathetic exp. Price is too high... Owner and staff is rude. I bought bolt @Rs.16per inch but when I exposed market for other things I got to know that bolt was Rs 13 per inch for same company and product. Also, they promised me to deliver unavailable product at my door step till evening but I got it on 4th day after so many arguments and hassals. NEVER VISIT THIS SHOP.
I’m very disappointed with their after-sales service, which is extremely poor. When I bought the product, they made promises, but when it came to delivery, they failed to provide the service or honor the warranty. I purchased a lock, and even though the company agreed to replace it, Mr. Rohit still insisted I buy a new one instead of covering it under warranty. If you still choose to buy from this shop, make sure to get everything in writing regarding after-sales service and records. As for me, this shop is off my list for future purchases. Just to replace the lock, which the company acknowledged, Mr. Rohit from M/s Gaurav Hardware still charged me 800 Rs to get it changed. I went to the distributor with me own cost and got it change where ever the lock has 15 years warranty and Owner says it has only 1 year. Good luck with your cheating strategy. Expert on giving bill with back date.
