Mr. Rajeev Gupta is one of the most unpleasant shop owners I have ever dealt with. There was absolutely no sense of basic courtesy or professionalism. We were initially being shown tiles, and while we were looking around the store at other options, the salesperson suddenly attended to another customer and asked us to wait for an hour—even though we were already in the middle of the buying process. The owner’s attitude was equally disappointing. Instead of addressing the situation politely or making an effort to assist us, he came across as extremely dismissive and unprofessional. This is Delhi, where there are plenty of other tile stores offering a much better customer experience. I would strongly suggest exploring other options rather than going through such an unpleasant buying experience. Very disappointing experience with Mr. Gupta and Sarah Tiles. Shame on you!
