Jai Maa Paints Hardware And Sanitary Store

Staff very helpful, good range of bathroom fittings and general hardware and fittings for the home. Cant comment on prices as havent been to too many hardware stores in Delhi.

The shop has best brands. The owners are rude and uncooperative. You have to depend on the company of the products for service with Zero support from the seller. Jai Maa indulges in unethical means.

Super expensive, rude behaviour. Commission set with plumber, so they will take you there.

Total fraud people. I regret not reading the reviews. Doing fraud in the name of goddess. She will punish them soon. They said they will take returns if anything does not fit. Yogesh and surinder are 2 people fooling people here. Yogesh in sales. Surinder his mama Their sink did not fit in and when asked they promised for an exchange. Were giving an exchange sink, but they were just buying time. In the end they simply refused and said jo karna hai karlo. They discussed with our local plumber while taking order. After their calculation went wrong. They just refused to take return Total loss of mine. 14000₹

Bought some bathroom pots from this store. The boxes were opened 15 days later once the bathroom was ready for fittings. However, we found a part missing. We tried getting some assistance/clarification from the store via a phone call. Mr Surinder Panwar was highly unprofessional and rude. He sounded like he was saying you've bought the product now i can't help you' ..... Aap toh chape ho rahe hain... DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE FOR ANY OF YOUR PURCHASES. BEWARE! They will sell you products. Any defect they will never help you out. Instead will be rude and act uncivilized. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Updated: Reply from JMD Paints Hardware: Dear sir We are apologies for this, but I would like to clarify you, after 15days no body is responsible for any part missing, it's your responsibility to check the stuff at time of purchasing Response: Let me also clarify to you that no matter how many days its been or if the responsibility lies with you or not, as a Business it must be your priority to at least be polite and kind with your customers. Using sentences like "Aap toh chape ho rahe ho" is offensive to another level. No one asked you to replace stuff.. The call was made to you for a clarification if those parts come with the product or not.. You clearly denied the product being bought from you instead of explaining that only certain items come with the product and the rest need to be bought.. Instead of conveying that message your reply was, "Aap toh chape ho rahe ho" Such an attitude will keep you in the same spot you are at without any expansion in your Business.

Quality A great all items including paint trusted shop

Worst services. Rude owner. Do not buy anything from this shop.
