I recently bought an O general AC from this shop. When we visited the shop the sales person Named: "Sunil", talked to us very gently. But their behaviour changes once you purchase the product. The AC was not installed properly, the installation person "Sachin", and one more guy with him, visited my placed nad didn install the AC properly leaving 2 wires out, and they said that we need to call an electrician to get it done and they will come back to help the electrician. I called the AC guy next day as the electrician was there, Sachin and Sunil misbehaved with my mother, calling her liar and talked to her very rudely, he refused to provide help which he promised before. Also, i paid the Installation guys ₹3200 on the top of the AC cost. Then i had to get the things done at my own again on my own expense. DONT GO THERE, THE GUY IS RUDE AND FRAUD.
