The main issue, however, was the owner's attitude and complete lack of post-sale support. When I needed basic assistance with the new remote—even mentioning that I lived nearby—the owner was dismissive, unhelpful, and frankly, arrogant. He outright refused to assist me. ​As a result of his refusal, I was forced to call an independent technician to resolve the issue, incurring yet another service fee on top of the inflated price of the remote. ​This is terrible customer service. A local business owner should stand by their products and offer minimal support, especially when residing locally. Save your money and time. Never visit this shop. Your reply is misleading. As I clearly informed you in the shop, the issue was not with my AC unit; the AC was working perfectly fine with the old, broken remote. The problem was simply needing basic setup assistance and programming for the new remote I purchased from you. ​I did not require a specialized AC technician. I required assistance with your product. ​Your refusal to provide simple setup guidance, despite being a local electronics retailer, forced me to pay a third-party technician just to get the remote working. ​The core issue is that you did not clarify your limited "terms of service" upfront, resulting in me being overcharged for the remote and having to pay an additional fee for setup that a helpful retailer would typically provide or assist with. ​Future customers deserve to know that this shop provides zero post-purchase support, even for basic product setup, resulting in hidden costs for the buyer.
