Dawar Electrical Works

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS SHOP!! The owner is terrible in behavior and he doesn't take charge of things if appliances sold by him go wrong. He would make excuses for not giving invoice, for registering complaint in the company and on top of that would scream at you if you ask him to do his job. Go to any other shop but this shop. I regret big time, purchasing AC from him. I would give him 0 star, but in order to post this review I had to give one 1. Absolutely disgusting behavior of owner.

Definitely the WORST electrical shop and service provider out in the market The technicians are not qualified at all at their jobs, they are lazy and say they'll come in 10 minutes but don't return only. No matter how many times you call the owner to come and repair or check any issue, he doesn't answer his phone only. He internationally disconnects the call. We have taken an AC on rent from this shop, and let me tell you, IT IS THE WORST piece on the market. The gas leaked SO MANY TIMES, and the owner's technicians said that we should tell the owner to change the ac piece, but the owner didn't, saying that he doesn't have another piece. The WORST POSSIBLE ELECTRICAL SHOP OUT THERE. VISIT ANY OTHER SHOP APART FROM THIS! And you ask the technicians to come but nobody doesn't, they say they will come in 10-15 minutes, after lunch but they don't return only. Extremely unprofessional!

I had a wonderful experience with Dawar Electricals in Lajpat Nagar. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable, and they guided me patiently in choosing the right products. The owner is humble and very supportive, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step. Great quality, fair pricing—highly recommended for all electrical needs!

I had a decent experience with Dawar Electrical Works. They carry a reasonable range of electrical items, and the staff is helpful if you ask for assistance. Prices are fair, though not always the most competitive compared to nearby shops. The main drawback was the waiting time and a bit of disorganization during billing, which made the process slower than expected. Overall, it’s a reliable shop for basic electrical needs, but there’s room for improvement in terms of efficiency and customer service.
