A super experience today from visiting Mindware. Have got our new Zebra ZD421 printer for labels and some different label stocks too. Mr. Gulshan personally attented us and we were supremely happy talking to him. He genuinly advised us regarding our requirements. Also Mr Tara was super helpfull to us in explaining us the operation methods. We suggest everyone to please come here and check these guys out. They are super genuine and have all possible solutions for all types of businesses and sizes.
Service charges are tooo much high and not giving any service according to the price. I went there for an software related issue with my printer. no part were changed but still taking too much money and now it's been just 3 days I am facing same issue. They assured me that if I face any issue they are going to resolve it but now in just 3 days issue is still there and they are misbehaving with me and not responding. There staff is disconnecting the call on my face. Staff is very rude and worst. Only there to take money from the customer. Very worst don't go there otherwise you will just loss your money and no solution will be given you.
