Pathetic service center, robbed me of my money and did not even get a small printer issue fixed. Service is pathetic and unprofessional. After dismal service they even try to “buy” fake reviews in return of an extra discount. Really hope Epson does something about this and delist it from their website

I suffer with my printer bcz of its bad quality work I use lots of service centers ,but they r not gave me the satisfied service but last month my friend told me about this service centre ,the staff is good d do work in a team way,and provide me a genuine service to operate my printer as like new.thanks to the all of the staff of Epson ,in future I use to share the service of this service centre to all of my circles. Such a unprofessional rude Mr. Manoj from Nehru place New Delhi came to install and demo for my printer which I purchased L3260, but seems like he came to tell me to read the booklet which is inside the box. When I asked him to show me how to operate he said read everything is there..what does it mean Mr Manoj? At least be a profession when you visit the site for the installation/demonstration.. you can do/say anything you like at your home but not with Epson customer..if you don't change the way you are, definitely Epson will lost a customer..

Printer Service Centre was a nightmare. They faked issues with my printer, overcharged me, and even intentionally damaged it. They charged me 4k for repairs, and yet the printer never got fixed. Beware of them suggesting you that your ink tray is damaged and you need a new one with new ink and charge you exorbitant amounts. I later mine fixed from another place which took just 500 to clean the ink tank. It's infuriating to see Epson listing this pathetic centre on their website and misguiding people who want an "authorised" service center Avoid them at all costs and don't fall victim to their deceitful tactics! I am planning to take the legal route to get justice

The service center opens at 9.30am. The service charge is ₹450, if you avail the service otherwise ₹250 for checking charges. They serviced my printer in 45mins. You can also avail home-service at ₹600. Overall good experience. The only thing I'd like them to improve is that, they should install AC in the waiting area. There are only two Wall mounted fans, one at the desk and one for customers.
