The product arrived so late than expected, and when I opened the package, I was shocked. The item was clearly of bad quality, nothing close to what was advertised. It looked used, poorly made, and honestly, not worth even half the price I paid. Still giving them the benefit of the doubt, I contacted customer support, thinking this must be a one-off mistake. To my surprise, I was met with excuses and delays. “We’ll get back to you in 24 hours” turned into silence. Follow-up emails went unanswered. And when I finally got a response, it was dismissive—no replacement, no refund, no solution. I’ve dealt with online sellers before, but this was the first time I felt genuinely cheated. The whole experience made me feel like they just wanted the sale and didn’t care about delivering what was promised. Save yourself the stress. There are plenty of trustworthy businesses out there—this is not one of them.
