I randomly searched printer shop in nehru place and found printer care point ,I called him and went next day ,he on the call only told me what issue was there in my printer ,within No time my printer starting working ,in front of me he fixed the printer and today I used it and printed many pages without any issue. (HP engineer was charging 6000/- which printer care point took 500/- for work and a cartridge was bought by me)
Subhash of Printer Care Point is fantastic. He does excellent work and most importantly, he is honest. We have used his services 3 times now for difficult printer issues, and each time he has made a home visit and charged very fair rates for his time, parts and labor. He shows all parts before servicing and explains problems and solutions. Sometimes he has even advised us to buy parts on Amazon to get better rates and then guides us how to do the service ourselves including toner refilling. I recommend him to all friends and family who need computer/printer service and repair.
Subhash ji was extremely professional and fixed my HP printer issue pretty well. He is recommended from my side.
Mr. Subhas owner was rude to me, even charged higher repair price against what was given over phone . He got my printer repaired from third party , still acted as int favour to me.
