He is fraud guy he took my printer for repair, not return my printer yet from last 7 days my printer is with him not responding on call earlier I thought he is unprofessional ...meine google ke review dekh kar is bande Ashok ko bhulaya..now doubt review bhi fake ho sakta hai ..he just concern about his visiting charge Rs.200...service charge Rs.700 ...aur kaise aur pagal banaya jaye 1 year mein 5 service leni chaiye...mere pass hp ka small segment printer tha ..jo isna kaha card change karna hai .trust ki baatein kar raha tha & customer satisfaction ki baatein kar raha tha ..so mein socha printer leke Jane do next din de dega call karke inform karega. Call nehi aaya and last 3 days se bol raha hai abhi dega kal batayenga...I'm keep this guy calling ...Printer bhi unke pass hai...Be careful,dont give your printer to him...agar koi aur option nehi hai tho bolo spare part leke aao aur lagao..apne liye dusre option open karke rakhiye ... ... Service is all about delivering at said time , value customer timings..only parents can understand ki school se kitna kaam aata hai daily , kitna print niklana padta hai isliye printer ki zarurat hai Disappointed 😞
