Ek dum badiya first class laptop new saste daam par

I recently purchased a lenovo thinkpad laptop from them and my experience has been the worst. I got cheated as the owner provided incorrect information about the laptop specifications, what I received was a defective piece. After coming home and turning on the laptop it was not starting because of some battery issue. Eventually the problem started becoming big and as a result the work did a hit. Recently i visited them because i had a so called 6 month warranty from their side and after explaining the issue properly to them, they asked me to leave the laptop for 1 day to repair. After i left the laptop there, from the next day onwards i started calling the owner Mr. Yash Mittal and he did not received my call. As i live far away so it was not possible for me to visit the shop without having a confirmation that my laptop is repaired. After almost 50 calls finally he answered the call and told that it will take time. After listening to this for over a week now, I finally got my laptop back without any repair and a full week of neglect. Don't ever visit this shop optimist computer in nehru place. All that mr. Yash mittal does is CHEAT and MAKING FOOL.

Best ,& also remarkable alloting behaviour Even purchasing or replacement at the same tempravle console.

Optimist computers equal to OP computers. I purchased multiple desktops for my work , 1 year back and the service and quality they provided is awesome. Even they replaced my pc , outside the warranty period also. Quality of material: A1 Service: A1 Price: Slightly Greater But worth every penny ❤️
