Firstly check your laptop and satisfy by yourself...i went this shop with my friend he buy ThinkPad Lenovo i5 last month..in this laptop two battery included but in laptop only one external battery..Internal battery is missing..when he talk to return replace they decline.. because external battery is draining..i suggest if you buy from them don't trust...check Fully by 2 hours in shop after everything is fine then you will buy...I also want to buy but return or replace policy is fake...So i will try other shop in nehru place....
Firstly I buy Lenovo T470 on 10th of July..I check Fully instead of battery backup everything is gud except battery firstly this model comes with dual battery..I don't know about this..when I explore in Google i shocked it's real it's come with dual battery..i went this shop owner is not there mechanic who just check little maintenance of laptop..when I ask about to change this laptop because of faulty and draining of battery he declined to change this laptop...so all person who went to buy refurbished laptop check one hour properly....baki koi nhi refurbished liya hai to battery le lenge....
The salesmen were not good at all.
