Good place to buy refurbished laptop with lots of free gift
Inse ghatiya shop nhi hai ye warranty ke name pe befkuf bnate hai, ye kabad laptop ko chamkake de dete hai jo 10 din nhi chalta, bad me inki shop ke dhake khate rho, mera 8 din me lape khrab ho gya jo inhone diya, mai inke paas gya to 20 person or khade jinka bhi khrab ho rkha tha. Ye litre hai bas.
Just hype rude behaviour
Just editing my review (of course, not under any pressure from anyone 😅😅), just sharing my real experience. You can visit the shop without any hesitation. They have some really good products at reasonable prices. Also, if you face any issue with your product after purchasing, you can contact Mr. Tanishk. He's a great guy and the owner of the store. He is very helpful and will assist you with any queries about the product. My product had been under repair for the last 3 weeks, and I wasn't getting any updates. But as soon as I spoke to him, he took action and replaced my product the same day. Overall, it turned out to be a good experience with Optimistic Computers.
Third class service, I have ordered a laptop online, after watching their youtube videos. It took forever to process the order. They ask for 20% payment in advance and then keep you hanging in the middle and delaying the dispatch, sending fake bills and dispatch slips. But no response after the repeated reminders about the dispatch. Refund my advance payment as I have mentioned in whatsapp chat. Or be ready to face legal issues. I want to advice all the people that are reading my review,,, It is better to buy a new laptop from a genuine shop rather then these thugs, and there is nothing like FREE GIFTS ,, that's how these people fool you.
agar aapko bina thage computer ka saman kharidna hai to.... yash bhaiya ki dukan par jarur jaen.... Optimist Computer par rates bahut uchit hain aur... yash bhaiya ka behaviour bahut hi shant aur peshewar hai.... maine yahan se apna laptop liya aur experience shandar raha. ...😊💻✨
