M.S. COMPUTERS | Used & Refurbished Laptops in Delhi

Very satisfying after sale services. I got I minor issue with my touchpad and they checked and changed the laptop without any hesitation. That's the trust and confidence you can have with MS Computers. Narpat and Shahrukh bhai there are awesome.

Great experience with MS Computers for used and open-box laptops. Honestly, the service here is better than most big brands. You’re treated with real warmth, like every customer truly matters—not just another bill number. Special mention to Mohit Ji— extremely helpful, patient, and transparent. He took the time to understand my needs, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable before finalising anything. No pressure, no false promises—just honest guidance. This is the first time i bought an open box laptop. If you’re looking for used or open-box laptops and value trust, service, after sales and human connection, MS Computers is a solid choice for trust and great product

We purchased a Dell Laptop. And writing my review after using it for more than a month now. It is working fine. The services of the M.S. Computers are good and the behaviour of staff is also nice. Thank You for your services.

Excellent service and genuine products! Bought an HP ProBook x360 435 for my professional work. The pricing was unbeatable and the staff was very helpful. They provide personalized solution based on your budget. Best laptop shop in the Uttam Nagar area. 5 stars!

I recently ordered a MacBook Pro from MS Computers, and I must say their service exceeded my expectations. The laptop was shipped nearly 800 km via courier, and the packaging was absolutely top-notch—safe, secure, and handled with great care. The MacBook Pro I received was exactly as promised, in excellent condition, and even came with some thoughtful additional gifts, which was a pleasant surprise. The entire buying experience was smooth and hassle-free, showing how much MS Computers values customer satisfaction. I truly admire the professionalism and quality service provided by MS Computers and would highly recommend them to new buyers looking for a reliable and trustworthy seller. Dr Mantoo Abass

M.S. Computers se laptop liya tha aur valid time me return karne ke baad bhi inhone ₹39,500 ka refund dene me bohot zyada pareshan kiya. Roz naye bahane banana aur customer ko mental harassment dena inka kaam hai. Jab legal action aur complaint ki warning di, tab jaakar raat ko paise waapis kiye. Bohot hi ghatiya service hai, koi bhi yahan se kuch mat kharidna

I bought my MacBook Pro from M.S. COMPUTERS (Uttam Nagar) and had a very good experience. The staff was friendly and helped me choose the right laptop within my budget. They also explained all features clearly and gave useful recommendations. The pricing was competitive and there were lots of options to choose from — new, refurbished, and accessories too. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and product quality. Highly recommended for anyone looking for computers or laptops in Delhi! 💯
