The service was acceptable, but the overall experience was disappointing due to poor time management. I had to wait from 11 AM to 2 PM for a simple battery replacement that took only 10 minutes. Such unnecessary delays are not acceptable. If a task requires only a few minutes, customers should not be made to wait for hours. Additionally, the WiFi speed at the service centre is extremely slow and needs improvement. Time is more important than money. Please respect customers’ time and improve your service efficiency.

I purchased my laptop from HP World, Connaught Place on 19 October 2025. Recently, while I was in Japan for training, my laptop developed a restarting issue and the operating system became corrupted. I tried contacting HP service centers in Japan, but unfortunately I could not get a proper solution there. After returning to India in March, I approached a few HP service centers here, but they declined to assist since it was a software-related issue. Finally, I contacted Mr. Dheeraj Ji at HP World, Connaught Place. He immediately reassured me and said, “Don’t go anywhere else, come to our showroom — your problem is my responsibility.” When I visited the showroom, the entire team gave me their time and patiently resolved the issue without causing me any stress. I even tried to pay them for their support, but they politely refused and said, “You are our customer; this is our duty.” All the staff members (Mr.Dheeraj ,Mr.Vipin,Me Padam,Me Rajesh ) at HP World CP are extremely polite, courteous, and genuinely helpful. Buying my laptop from this showroom turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. I strongly recommend everyone who plans to buy an HP laptop to purchase it from HP World, Connaught Place. Maine apna HP laptop yahan repair karwaya tha aur service kaafi acchi lagi. Problem ko jaldi identify karke same day solution de diya. Staff bhi polite hai aur proper guide karte hain. Rohini me laptop repair ke liye reliable jagah hai.

Dhiraj Kumar sir is very very helpful, I was there to recover my laptop and he gave me full 4 hours and recovered my laptop. Thank God I didn't loose my important data. He is very kind. Was a very very nice experience.😊 …

Staff behaviour is not good and can't give proper information about the device. I wanted to repair my hp pavilion x360 screen then, i visited here. Suggest adp extension and demanded more than its actual price (about 2x) and also didn't give proper information about its extension plan.

Exemplary behaviour and prompt response of the men working in the store/service center. The problem was resolved within 24 hours inspite of lapsed software warranty. I want to deliver special thanks to mr Sandeep puri who responded extremely well. Another incident, I want to mention here that, prior to coming to this service center, I had visited the service center of HP at Nehru palace and they had handled this situation in extreme rude way. I had to travel thrice in 2 days for the same problem and they were even not ready to receive the laptop. The same was resolved here smoothly. Thanks to the team.

Very Disappointing Customer Service Experience I visited this store only to inquire about whether they accept HP laptops for return or resale. I completely understand that the store may not offer these services. However, the way the manager/owner responded was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about possible alternatives, instead of politely explaining the options, he responded in a disrespectful manner, saying that I should keep inquiring and searching on my own and that I could leave now. As a customer, I believe everyone deserves basic courtesy and respect, even when the store cannot fulfill their request. A simple inquiry should not be met with such an arrogant attitude. The way a manager treats customers reflects the store’s customer service standards and raises concerns about how other customers may be treated as well. I strongly recommend that the management work on its customer-handling skills and professional communication. Customers deserve respect, not rudeness, simply for asking a question.
