I wish I could have given a rating lower than 1. I had an extremely unpleasant experience with this HP store. The store owner / manager is a very rude person who has made me question the credibility of the HP brand itself. I called this store up on a Friday to ask the availability and related offers of a HP laptop. The owner told me that the product is available and although no offers are there, he was willing to give a wireless mouse. I told him that I'd be coming on the weekend to buy the same. I went to the store on Sunday with a full intention of buying the product. (And please keep in mind that I urgently needed to buy a laptop and I had to go to the store despite the Coronavirus Pandemic going on). The store owner not only refused to offer the wireless mouse that he himself promised 2 days ago, but he was extremely rude and lacked basic etiquette while talking. He was so unprofessional while talking that it was okay for me to wait than to buy from him. Moreover, when I later called the store up to ask his name, telling the owner that I would complain about him, he said that he doesn't care and hung up on me. This kind of unprofessional behavior is not at all expected from such a reputed brand.
