Good service better knowledge gud staff
Good service.. Excellent
Good service
Experience was really good at CP store of HP world. Great advice on models of laptop and discounts by staff.
Staff unprofessional and arrogant....owner/in charge was behaving as if customer is a beggar if asking for proper discount and he is a rich man with ignoring tone towards customer.... Very small shop with only 3.. ..4 printers .they treat the customer in a casual manner.....Prices highest as compared to all HP stores
Good experience and nice service 👍🏼 …
Good experience. Repeat purchase. Cordial and helpful staff.
Worst Service ever. I bought a new HP Pavilion x360 - 13-s102tu in December 2015. Within 8 months my screen got cracked one day within the warranty period, I called them up and asked them to help me. They told me to contact the toll free number. HP then asked me half the price of the laptop to fix the screen. Even after getting the ADP, they refused to get it fix. Do not use HP products ever, something gets wrong they would refuse to fix it on some excuse or other. And I thought it get better than Apple Mac. Never.
Staff is very nice and cooperative but the complementary bag given by HP is not worth.
Very good and supportive
