Computer Empire

Very chaotic. Araam se jao price confirm karo alag alag shops pe uske baad kaam karao jaha pe price genuine lage. Moreover, metro k pass jo ladke milenge ki sir apka kaam karwa dete h don't go with them.

I went to Nehru place after 10 years today with the same level of excitement and expectations as I once had back until 2011. The place is no where living upto the mark and it could be because of the rise of online shopping industry. Computer Empire once a very busy store now looked less populated and highly under maintained. I for a second felt like are they even selling anything now. I enquired and they had to call someone to find out if they had what I needed in supply. Not recommended.

They used to be good. Probably. Now they dont care about customers. The persons at store are very unprofessional. I went asking for a PC build and was declined straight away. They didnt even ask the specifications. There are much better and professional stores at Nehru place which will help you in building your dream PC. Avoid this one at all cost.

First things first, I do want to let you know that Computer Empire is a great store with amazing people. 😄 They have services for both picking up your parts for a build, and then assembling it all together. One note, however, the shopkeepers usually have a minimalist approach towards the choice of products. What I mean by that is, if you suggest any product that you want to buy, they will first make you ponder as to if you actually need something of that level of performance or not. I once set out to buy a GTX 1660 Super (or RTX 3060 Ti, can't recollect precisely which one it was), and then before I knew, I was convinced to purchase an RX 580 4GB for a really good price (under 10,000). And the card actually holds out well even in the present day for a mid range GPU. 😄 They also are very organized in terms of replacement of products. Once my Motherboard had failed, but after providing the invoice, the exchange was successfully carried out. 😄 TL;DR It's a good store with competitive prices.

I called to know the price of a product and the one who picked up the call had a very casual attitude. He didn't have the product that i wanted and i asked for another one and he didn't even listen to me and hung up. I really wasn't expecting that kinda of casual and rude behavior from such store.

Awsome to buy computer place. I searched almost 15-20 shops in the whole market, but their price was the lowest. Good shop, low waiting times, friendly staff, they advice on what to buy and what no to as well. Overall good experience!

If you are finding Cheapest computer parts with 100% trust then visit Computer Empire. I have got assembled 3 pc from here. I am having no issue with the parts. Cheaper then Cost to Cost. They don't have too much products but they'll bring that from other shop with nice price.

A heaven for tech lovers... Genuine products and good service. I got a laptop few months ago and it's working fine. I also got some other PC parts a while ago, and they r working as good as new.

Best place to buy computer products at low price. Had an great experience shopping here. Prices were moderate not expensive. Had a great customer experience Shopping here. Will always go here to buy products. Just a small issue, concerned person is very busy so have patience and he will entertain you superbly.

Had to spend a lot of time finding the place, waiting in queue & getting the estimate for the system configuration I desired. I had to purchase the system the following day which took another 5 hrs before I finally had it packed. The product has been running fine. Some bargaining is required, but I believe you will get a good commodity at budget prices.
